Grace for the Girl Who's Always Doing Too Much

Moroni 10:32: Yea, come unto Christ, and be perfected in him, and deny yourselves of all ungodliness; and if ye shall deny yourselves of all ungodliness, and love God with all your might, mind and strength, then is his grace sufficient for you, that by his grace ye may be perfect in Christ; and if by the grace of God ye are perfect in Christ, ye can in nowise deny the power of God.

If you’re reading this, you’re probably the girl who has a to-do list with its own zip code. The girl who’s always saying “yes,” always trying her best, and somehow still wondering if it’s enough.

You pack your days with studying, working out, showing up for people, trying to be spiritually in tune, texting back in all lowercase with a pink heart, and still managing to look cute on the outside—even when you’re lowkey unraveling inside.

First of all: breathe.

You're not alone, and you’re not failing.

I’ve been there too—doing all the right things, juggling school, relationships, faith, and expectations until I hit a wall made of burnout and self-doubt. And do you know what God whispered to me in that moment?

“Be still and know that I am God.”

—Psalm 46:10

He didn’t say, “Keep pushing yourself until you’re perfect.”

He didn’t say, “Try harder and maybe I’ll love you more.”

He just said, Be still.

✨ Be still. Rest. Receive.

You were never meant to carry everything.

You were never meant to perform for your worth.

Grace means you’re already loved. Already chosen. Already enough.

Not because of your productivity, but because of your identity.

So if today you’re tired from trying to be everything for everyone…

If you feel like your pace is unsustainable and your peace is missing…

Let this be your reminder:

💌 You don’t have to earn rest.

💌 You are allowed to set down what’s too heavy.

💌 You are already deeply known and fully loved.

Let grace meet you right here, exactly as you are.

Not in the polished picture, Barbie perfect version of yourself. Not when everything’s checked off. But here—in the mess, the stress, the striving.

Take off the pressure, love.

Put on peace.

And let God be God. He is holding you close to Him. There is never a moment when Heavenly Father is too far away for us.

You don’t need to do more.

You need to trust in Him 🤍
